All posters are available in the e-Poster Gallery on the conference virtual platform. In addition, poster presenters who are registered to participate onsite in The Hague were asked to print a poster that will be available in the Poster Area next to the registration desk.

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 200 cm high (portrait format).

Mounting and Dismantling Instructions

*Shift 1  – 16-18 October

– Posters should be mounted on 16 October between 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
– Removal: Posters must be removed on 18 October between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm without exception.

*Shift 2 – 18-20 October

-Posters should be mounted on 18 October between 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
-Removal: Posters must be removed on 20 October between 1:45 pm – 3:00 pm.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

Monday, 16 October, 3:30 PM
The Opening Ceremony will feature welcome words and a keynote lecture. The Opening Ceremony will be followed by a Welcome Reception in the exhibition area.

ROCK THE HAGUE – Cocktail and dance party

Thursday, 19 October, 7:00 PM
This enjoyable international event will be held in the Atlantic Hall (World Forum – level -1). A cocktail and music will make this evening unforgettable for the conference guests.
To book your ticket please approach the registration desk. Tickets are subject to availability.

Participants are advised to wear business casual for all Conference functions and programs.

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The MNF 2023 Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

All speakers must check in with their presentation on a USB Memory stick with the technician at the Speakers’ Ready Room.
