The official language of the Conference will be English.

Dress Code

Participants are advised to wear business casual for all Conference functions and programs.

In The Hague, Netherlands, in October, the average daytime high temperature lies around 14.6°C (58.3°F) and the average low temperature is 10.8°C (51.4°F). The sun will occasionally show itself with 108 hours of sunshine during the whole month.

The Euro is the currency of The Hague.

Visas

Most visitors to The Hague do not require a visa for entry. However, double-check that you do not require a visa from the country you are coming from. Whether you need a visa to visit the Netherlands depends on your nationality. It is the responsibility of the MNF 2023 participant to obtain a visa if required.

Liability and Insurance

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Official Letter of Invitation

An official personalized letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Program.

Guest Attendance Policy

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
